By accessing or using ListFerry ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ListFerry is a web application that helps Etsy sellers manage their listings by providing tools for:

• Creating and editing Etsy listings
• Managing product images and descriptions
• Bulk importing listings from CSV files
• Validating listing compliance with Etsy requirements

3. Etsy Integration

ListFerry integrates with Etsy's API to provide listing management services. By using our Service:

• You authorize us to access your Etsy shop data through Etsy's OAuth system
• You must comply with Etsy's Terms of Service and API policies
• You understand that Etsy may revoke API access at any time
• You acknowledge that ListFerry is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Etsy, Inc.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Not use the Service to create spam or fraudulent listings
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use ListFerry to:

• Create listings that violate Etsy's policies or terms
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Create listings for prohibited items

7. Free Service

ListFerry is provided as a free service. We do not charge any fees for using our listing management tools. Note that Etsy charges separate fees for listing and selling on their platform (including a $0.20 listing fee), which are not controlled by ListFerry and are paid directly to Etsy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISTFERRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. AS A FREE SERVICE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by revoking access in your Etsy Shop Manager.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. API Access and Integration

If you integrate with ListFerry's API or services, additional terms may apply:

• You must comply with rate limits and usage guidelines
• API access may be suspended for violations of these Terms
• You are responsible for securing your API credentials
• Data obtained through our API must not be cached longer than necessary for functionality
